Delays to your collection time
The majority of orders will be ready for collection within 2 working days, or 5 working days for orders outside Karachi however due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather you might face a postponement. Please wait for our confirmation call informing you that your order’s ready to be picked up before coming to collect it.
Please collect your order from store within 7 days. If you do not collect your order within 7days, your items will be sent back to our warehouse, and your order will be cancelled.
