1. Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop as a guest user. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

2. How do I reset my password?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the Forgotten password instructions on the Sign In page.

3. Received incorrect item/order, what should I do?

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you received the wrong items then send it back to us and we will exchange you or go to one of our outlets with a payment slip to get the items replaced within 14 days of purchase.

4. What payment methods are available?

We accept all Credit/Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Can I change my address on online order?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order and reorder it using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Services on 0333-3111022.

6. Can I cancel or amend my order?

It depends on the status of your order through the Track your order feature. Unfortunately, in most cases due to the rapid delivery process; we cannot cancel your order. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
