It depends on the status of your order through the Track your order feature. Unfortunately, in most cases due to the rapid delivery process; we cannot cancel your order. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you received the wrong items then send it back to us and we will exchange you or go to one of our outlets with a payment slip to get the items replaced within 14 days of purchase.

We accept HBL Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD). Delivery is only dispatched once your payment is credited to our account through your card.
Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order and reorder it using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Services on 0800-0002
