Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective, damaged, or faulty.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with the tags intact and accompanied by the invoice received at the time of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For return requests due to quality issues, color discrepancies, incorrect products delivered, or size issues, AK Galleria will issue a full refund for the item(s) in the form of a voucher code equal to the amount paid. This voucher code can be used to place a new online order within 30 days of issuance.
  • In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, the customer should file their complaint at customercare@akgalleria.com or contact us immediately at +92 21 37136677 or 0333-3111022 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may get a one-time exchange on any item bought from AK Galleria within 14 days of receiving it however, the item must not be used, altered, or washed.
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, an exchange or refund will be processed accordingly as per the best available option.
  • All exchanges can only be made for the same product. If the customer requests to exchange for a different item, an online voucher code for the paid amount will be issued, allowing the customer to place a new order at www.akgalleria.com
    Note: If the new item selected by the customer using the voucher code exceeds the original amount, the remaining balance will need to be paid via COD or Debit/Credit card transaction, based on the customer's preference.
  • It would be helpful if any photos of the defects could be shared with AK Galleria customer service at customercare@akgalleria.com while registering an online complaint or contacting us via social media channels.
  • All returns and exchanges for orders must be sent back to the address provided by AK Galleria at the customer’s expense if the correct product was delivered. However, if the customer’s complaint is valid, AK Galleria will arrange for the pickup on behalf of the customer.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • Made-to-Order / Customized / Personalized items are tailor-made to your specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange.
