It will approximately take 8 to 15 working days during covid lockdowns or depends on government/NCOC decision regarding restrictions.

In line with NCOC guidelines, all our riders are fully vaccinated and will be wearing face masks and carrying hand sanitizer. We’re also continuing to monitor their health so they can continue completing deliveries to the highest possible standard.

We ship orders from Mondays - Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. Our aim is to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays – especially during covid times. Your patience is appreciated.

Assembly of all Nursery and Furniture items at the delivery location is limited to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad only.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during covid times and sales.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by using the Track Your Order feature with your email address and order number.
